Response Time Expectations by Channel
Different communication channels have different typical response times.
| Channel | TypicalResponse | BestFor |
|---|---|---|
| Telegram | 2-8 hours | Quick questions, QC photo sharing, urgent issues |

| Discord | 6-24 hours | Community questions, group discussions, non-urgent queries |
| 12-48 hours | Complex issues, formal complaints, documentation |
How to Handle Order Issues
Sending angry messages immediately
Fix: Start with a calm, factual description of the issue and your desired resolution
Vague problem descriptions
Fix: Include photos, item IDs, and specific details: 'The size 11 Dunk has a crooked swoosh, see attached photo'
Demanding instant refunds
Fix: Allow the agent 24-48 hours to negotiate with the seller. Most issues resolve faster than you expect.
Not documenting conversations
Fix: Screenshot important agreements and QC approvals. This protects both you and the agent.
